SUMMARY
The Mi Band 6 features a larger 1.56-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 152x486 pixels. In addition to that, the display is protected by an anti-fingerprint coated tempered glass. Other fitness tracking features include SpO2, heart rate, and stress monitoring—a 125mAh LiPo battery powers this device which is the same as its predecessor. The fitness tracker measures 47.4x18.6x12.7mm and weighs 12.8gms. Like the Mi Band, it is 5 ATM water-resistant, meaning it can survive for up to 10 minutes in 50m deep water.

The Mi Band 6 features a 125mAH with a battery life of up to 14 days and it can go to 19 days when in power-saving mode.
It comes with APP message reminder, calendar reminder, event reminder, weather forecast, timer, countdown, alarm clock, Bluetooth broadcast, online dial, custom dial, preset dial, screen lock, off-wrist detection, charging progress display, choice of wearing method, and OTA upgrade.
It can support Android 5.0+ and ios 10.0+ devices and can connect with them through Bluetooth 5.0.
REVIEW
The Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 is a great update to its previous generation Mi Band 5. It has a larger full-screen display, supports SpO2 tracking, and in COVID-times this could be the reason for an upgrade on its own, and it doesn't change the design or the strap size, so you can use all those colorful bands you bought for your old Band.

The Mi band 6 following the Mi Band 5 doesn't have NFC in the Indian Variant and is only limited to the Chinese market.
Xiaomi Mi Band 6 have 30 sports mode which can be very useful and a person can track all his/her activities by means of his/her favorite exercise or favorite mode.
